At Ammu Glow, we are committed to getting your glow essentials to you as quickly and safely as possible.

📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking details.

Please Note:
During peak periods such as holidays, sales, and product launches, processing and delivery times may be delayed.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Free Shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $100.

  • Orders under $100 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.

  • If a package is rejected or returned to Ammu Glow, you are responsible for any incurred fees. A refund minus those fees will be processed once the package is received by us.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide using DHL, USPS, and UPS. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please be aware:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT, which are applied once your order reaches the destination country.

  • Ammu Glow is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If an international package is rejected or returned, you will be refunded minus applicable shipping and return fees once the item is returned to us.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
